About the Opportunity: As the Contracts Administrator, you'll report directly to the Project Manager, working hand-in-hand with the site, design, and project teams. You'll play a crucial role in delivering diverse projects across NSW, ranging up to $15M, from the initial design stages right through to completion. Your ability to liaise seamlessly with clients and the project team will be key to ensuring every project meets the highest standards.
Your Impact & Key Responsibilities: You'll be at the heart of project delivery, responsible for:
- Contracts Management: Expertly handling all contract documentation and administration.
- Variations: Managing and tracking project variations with precision.
- Procurement: Overseeing efficient and effective procurement processes.
- Programming: Contributing to and managing project programs.
- Cost Control & Financials: Taking charge of budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting.
- Client Management: Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients.
What You'll Bring:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator.
- Solid local experience specifically on commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
- A strong track record of stability with previous employers, demonstrating your commitment and reliability.
