Contract Administrator – Residential New Builds (Apartments)

Are you an experienced Contract Administrator with a background in residential new builds.

Responsibilities:

• Administering contracts across high-quality apartment builds and residential developments
• Preparing scopes of work, trade packages, and progress claims
• Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
• Supporting tender processes, procurement, and cost tracking
• Working closely with Project Managers and Site Teams from pre-construction to final handover
• Managing variations, RFIs, and ensuring contract compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator within residential construction (apartments or multi-dwelling preferred)
• Strong understanding of new build contract processes and project lifecycles
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A collaborative, solutions-focused approach and keen attention to detail
• A genuine interest in being part of a supportive, diverse, and high-performing team
