What You'll Be Doing:

Welcoming and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism

Managing appointment books for three specialist endodontists, referrals, and phone/email communication with referring dentists and patients

Handling accounts, payments, DVA and Defence claims

Maintaining accurate patient records and supporting digital workflows

Working closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations

Helping create a calm, efficient, and patient-focused front desk environment

What We’re Looking For:

Dental or medical reception experience is a plus, but not essential

Friendly, organised, and confident communicator

Great with people and enjoys working in a team

Comfortable with computers and eager to learn new systems

Someone who thrives in a respectful, organised, and professional setting
