Marina Resort is reopening with a fresh new look and a strong focus on guest experience. We’re looking for confident, professional and welcoming front desk staff to be the face of our hotel.

🧭 What You'll Be Doing:

Checking guests in and out with a warm, professional attitude

Handling bookings, phone inquiries and emails

Distributing welcome drinks to arriving guests

Assisting guests with local information and requests

Processing payments and using our hotel systems (training provided)

Supporting day-to-day hotel operations with a smile

💼 You Bring:

Previous hospitality or reception experience is a plus

Confidence using computers and booking systems

A calm, friendly and professional manner

Great communication and multitasking skills

Availability for morning, evening and weekend shifts

Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate will strengthen your application
