About the Role

We are currently seeking HR Licensed Heavy Vehicle Drivers to join our dedicated Food Service Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of chilled and frozen goods to leading fast-food outlets and major retail chains across NSW.

As Micway operates 24/7 servicing both Retail and Quick Service Restaurants, availability for either Saturday or Sunday work is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Operating heavy rigid trucks

Performing pre-start vehicle inspections

Using an electric pallet jack

Manual hand unloading

Transporting chilled and frozen goods

Following company policies, procedures, and relevant transport and WHS legislation

Completing required training and compliance tasks

Requirements

Current HR Driver Licence (NSW only) – mandatory

Up-to-date RMS Driving History Report

Physically fit and capable of regular heavy lifting

Experience with refrigerated transport – advantageous but not essential

Electric Pallet Jack experience – advantageous but not essential

Important to Note:

Micway operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and closes only on Christmas Day and Good Friday. A block-out period applies across NSW holiday seasons, and successful applicants must be available to work during these peak periods. The 2025 block-out dates will be shared upon employment.
