The Role

We have an opportunity for a qualified HC & HR Truck Driver to join our team on a full-time basis in the Rutherford area, delivering to the Hunter and surrounding areas. Ideally you will also be qualified & open to driving our semi for leave coverage as required.

Key Requirements:

Heavy Combination (HC) Drivers Licence

Heavy Rigid Licence (HR)

Willing to operate both HC and HR vehicles based on requirements of the business

Experience with loading and unloading structural steel

Experience with loading and unloading plant equipment

Experience completing delivery dockets/inventory checks against loads

Completion of load/unload assessment forms

Completion and adherence to safe work method statements

Compliance with FCS safety inspections, interactions

Clear understanding of NHVR guidelines and restrictions

Must be flexible with working hours

Team player, must be adaptable and willing to assist other areas of FCS team when required

Ability to and requirement to individually check every item of the load and confirm the deliver dockets are accurate

Forklift Licence

Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol test

Frequent drug and alcohol testing at each site

Good driving history

Must follow legislated & Safe Work practices
