Bin City is expanding – and we’re on the hunt for a skilled and motivated Skip Truck Driver (HR Licence) with a strong background or interest in vehicle/facility maintenance to join our growing team!

The Role

We are seeking an HR Licensed Driver (or MR driver willing to upgrade at their own cost) who also has practical maintenance / handyman experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating skip trucks for bin deliveries and collections

Assisting with general site and vehicle maintenance

Supporting the upkeep of our growing fleet and Port Kembla facility

Conducting routine vehicle checks and minor repairs

Providing friendly, timely customer service on-site

Adhering to all safety and compliance standards

What You’ll Need

HR Licence (or MR with commitment to upgrade)

A recent driving record (RMS printout) – must be submitted with application

Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical

Experience with skip or hook trucks (preferred but not essential – training provided)

Mechanical aptitude or background in maintenance/handyman work (advantageous)

Familiarity with Road Ranger gearboxes (advantageous)

Strong work ethic and a flexible, team-first attitude

Commitment to safety and high service standards
