About the role

As an HR/HC Truck Driver at Edsons Tilt Tray & Heavy Haulage Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for safely operating a Tilt Tray vehicle to transport machinery. This full-time role is based in Londonderry, NSW and involves a range of driving duties to support the company's logistics and haulage operations.

What you'll be doing

Operate HR tilt tray and Low Loader vehicles to transport machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

Perform pre-departure and post-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure they are roadworthy and well-maintained

Adhere to all relevant road rules, traffic regulations and company policies to ensure the safety of yourself and others

Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation related to pick-ups, deliveries and vehicle maintenance

Provide exceptional customer service to clients by communicating proactively and delivering a high standard of service

What we're looking for

Current Heavy Rigid (HR) or Heavy Combination (HC) driver's licence

Strong knowledge of road rules, traffic regulations and safe driving practices

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commitment to maintaining a safe, professional and reliable driving record
