What You'll Be Doing:

Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support via phone, email, and other channels

Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and escalate where necessary

Log and manage support requests using our IT Service Management system

Install and configure systems in line with council standards

Maintain accurate documentation, registers, and technical records

Support and uphold IT security and confidentiality policies

Work collaboratively in a team-focused, customer-first environment

What You'll Bring:

Certificate IV in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong experience in desktop support and troubleshooting

Solid knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, and general enterprise IT

Great communication and stakeholder engagement skills

A valid Class C Driver's Licence
