Connection Group Australia is seeking dedicated professionals to join our expanding team in New South Wales on a full-time contract basis, delivering nationally recognised training in Elevating Work Platforms (EWP) and Dogging (DG).

The Opportunity

Due to significant growth and upcoming delivery contracts across NSW, we are seeking HRWL Trainers to support the roll-out of EWP and Dogging training programs.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver and assess training for TLILIC0005 (Licence to operate a boom-type elevating work platform) and CPCCLDG3001 (Licence to perform dogging)

Ensure training meets the Standards for RTOs 2015 and SafeWork NSW assessment requirements

Maintain up-to-date training and assessment records

Participate in pre-delivery preparation, student support, and post-course documentation

Represent the RTO with professionalism, compliance, and integrity

What We’re Looking For

Current HRWL with a minimum of Elevated Work Platform (WP) and Licence to perform Dogging (DG)

TAE40116/ TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent compliant with current standards)

Minimum 2 years of recent and relevant industry experience

Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills

Ability to travel for scheduled delivery sites across NSW (travel costs will be covered)

High-level understanding of WHS and compliance within the HRWL framework
