Yalagan Registered Training (RTO ID: 91627) is a leading Supply Nation Certified Indigenous-led Registered Training Organisation.

With a broad and comprehensive scope of services, we are currently seeking qualified Trainers and Assessors to join our team in NSW.

The Role

Due to growth, we are currently seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic trainers and assessors to deliver high quality training in the following industry areas:

High Risk SafeWork NSW licences

Civil & Rail

Construction

Transport & Logistics

Traffic Management

Ecosystem & Land Management

Leadership & Management

The successful candidate/s will deliver casually nationally accredited courses accross NSW. Some training is held in person at our Alexandria Campus, with many projects are delivered in regional or remote NSW.

You will be responsible for the following:

Deliver and assess relevant accredited training off-site and on-site

Deliver and assess a range of accredited and non-accredited training courses, programs vitually, via remote connected delivery

Enagaged regularly in validation and moderation of tarining materials

Ensure that training is delivered to a high standard and within compliance

Maintain currency within industry, including current legislation and technological advances

About you:

You will hold a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and have experience in delivering nationally accredited training.

You will have exceptional communication skills and be able to adapt your training style to suit the learning cohort.

You have experience delivering training to various type of cohorts (school students, refugees, correction centres, traineeships at workplace)

To be considered for the role you should have the following:

TAE40122 Certificate IV Training and Assessment (or equivalent) (required)

Industry education & experience (required)

Experiecne delivering training to various types of cohorts (required)

Be passionate about the suject matter

Have excellent presentation skills; including a positive and professional work manner

Competent in adjusting training styles to suit students with LLND needs

National Police Check (required)

Working with Children Check (required)

Australian work rights (required)

A pre-employment medical (required)
