Position Overview:
This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality training and assessment for the Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and Certificate IV in Kitchen Management. The successful candidate will foster a dynamic and supportive learning environment, equipping students with advanced organisational learning and leadership skills. The position also ensures alignment with vocational education standards and industry practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:
Deliver face-to-face and blended sessions in strategic leadership, organisational learning, and capability development, tailored to adult learners.

Assessment:
Design and conduct assessments such as case studies and workplace projects, aligned with the training package.

Curriculum Development:
Develop and update teaching and assessment resources to reflect current trends and best practices.

Student Support:
Guide students in applying theory to workplace contexts and support academic and career progression.

Industry Engagement:
Stay informed on industry developments and integrate relevant insights into course delivery.

Compliance & Quality:
Ensure all activities align with ASQA standards and relevant regulatory requirements.

Record Management:
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments in line with RTO policies.

Workplace Learning:
Oversee practical learning components and ensure effective real-world application of skills.

Key Requirements:

Qualifications:

Advanced Diploma Certificate or higher in a relevant field

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)

Experience:

1–2 years in management, leadership, or organisational learning

Experience delivering VET training at postgraduate or advanced diploma level

Skills:

Strong grasp of adult learning principles and VET frameworks

Excellent communication and digital training delivery skills

Ability to engage and support diverse adult learners
