We manage and operate three training colleges across various sectors, including automotive, healthcare, and hospitality.

About the Role
We are currently expanding our operations, and we have roles available in both Gosford and Parramatta, as well as online. We are seeking experienced trainers and assessors in the following areas:
Individual Support
Disability
Aged Care
Automotive
Kitchen Management
Hospitality Management
Community Services
We are also looking for an experienced training coordinator to join our dynamic and growing team.
Trainers and Assessors
Demonstrated experience in vocational training and assessment with a minimum 2 years' experience delivering vocational training programs in an RTO environment
Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences
Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (E.g. Moodle) and Student Management Systems (e.g. RTO Manager & aXcelerate)
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
Relevant vocational qualifications or equivalent experience
Evidence of recent industry and vocational currency
Training Coordinator
Proven experience in RTO operations and solid knowledge of Training Packages
Strong coordination and time-management skills
Advanced proficiency in Office 365, student databases, and record-keeping systems
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
Ability to prioritise tasks, work autonomously, and maintain composure under pressure
Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and high-quality outcomes
