PERSOLKELLY is seeking a Service Technician to join the field service team of our client, a respected provider of assistive technology equipment. This is a permanent, full-time role covering the Newcastle and Central Coast region.

The position involves conducting scheduled and reactive maintenance, repairs, and servicing of mobility and assistive devices. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining service quality, accurate reporting, and effective customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform field-based repairs and maintenance on assistive technology equipment.
• Coordinate and manage a daily schedule of service visits.
• Communicate with internal service teams regarding job progress and issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records.
• Identify and report recurring product or quality issues.

Candidate Requirements

• Mechanical or electromechanical experience essential
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and basic IT systems
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Current Australian driver's licence
• Experience with assistive or mobility equipment is desirable.
