About the role

Envirocycle is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team in Gosford, NSW. As a full-time Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining environmental treatment systems to ensure they continue to operate at peak efficiency for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Conduct regular servicing and maintenance checks on Envirocycle's range of domestic and commercial waste water treatment industry for environmental technology equipment

In house training will be provided

Quickly diagnose and resolve any technical issues or breakdowns

Liaise with clients to schedule and coordinate service visits

Maintain detailed service records and provide progress updates to management

Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards

Assist with the installation of new equipment as required

What we're looking for

Proven Plumbing and or Irrigation experience as a service technician

Sound technical knowledge and ability to quickly identify and resolve faults

Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills

Ability to follow standardised service procedures and maintain detailed records

A current driver's licence and willingness to travel to client sites as required
