We are currently seeking two highly skilled and motivated Appliance Service Technicians to join our growing team covering South West Sydney and Sutherland Shire to Kiama areas. If you're technically inclined, environmentally conscious, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct on-site appliance diagnostics, repairs, and testing to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction

Build in-depth product knowledge through training, manuals, and hands-on experience

Accurately complete service documentation

Maintain van inventory and manage parts inventory

Represent our brand professionally with a commitment to high service standards

What We’re Looking For

A current Restricted Electrical Workers Licence (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) essential

A current unrestricted drivers licence

Relevant industry experience

Excellent communication and basic computer skills

A customer-focused, self-motivated attitude

Ability to work independently with a positive and friendly attitude
