The Role: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic technician to join our team at our Fairymeadow workshop. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of small appliances and coffee machines from various well-known brands and or servicing a wide range of appliances within domestic or commercial premises.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, fault finding, repairs, and servicing of residential whitegoods including washing machines, dryers, ovens, cooktops, and other appliances.

Carry out diagnosis and repairs on commercial laundry equipment, ensuring minimal downtime for clients and adherence to safety and performance standards.

Deliver exceptional customer service by clearly communicating findings, offering expert advice, and providing practical solutions in a professional and friendly manner.

Operate independently or collaboratively, maintaining accountability for job outcomes while contributing positively to the broader team environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Appliance Technician or in a related electrical trade.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components.

Familiarity with various appliance brands and models.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid driver's license

Electrical disconnect/reconnect license (highly regarded).

Commercial laundry equipment repair experience (highly regarded).

Coffee machine service and repair (highly regarded).

Relevant certifications or licenses (preferred but not required).
