What You’ll Be Doing

Pre-delivery inspection and preparation of new & used caravans

General servicing and maintenance

Accessory installation and custom fit-outs

Diagnosing and repairing warranty issues

Cleaning and detailing caravans

Customer handovers and education

Collaborating with the Service Advisor to meet service deadlines

Maintaining showroom presentation and assisting with display setup

Providing excellent customer service and support

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a workshop or technical role

Trade qualification in Automotive or Caravan industry

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and efficiently

A positive attitude and strong team ethic

A genuine passion for the caravanning and camping lifestyle

Professional appearance and work standards

Valid unrestricted driver’s licence
