Your Day-to-Day Will Include
Managing day-to-day office operations and scheduling for the team
Preparing and processing contracts, Form 6s, and listing presentations
Handling compliance management and quality control of documentation
Managing and maintaining the CRM database and property software systems
Uploading new listings online and writing engaging ad copy
Coordinating and booking photography, floorplans, signage, and print media
Scheduling open homes and coordinating sales campaign timelines
Compiling marketing materials and brochures for premium listings
Managing social media content and scheduling posts to drive engagement
Preparing weekly EDMs and digital communications
General admin support including reception duties as needed
Liaising with solicitors, clients, and trades to ensure seamless campaign delivery
Social Media
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have
Experience in real estate sales admin, marketing, office management
QLD Certificate of Registration
A confident grasp of sales processes, compliance, and CRM platforms
Ability to prioritise multiple moving tasks and stay calm under pressure
Experience with social media scheduling tools and basic ad writing
Excellent time management, presentation, and communication skills
A proactive attitude and genuine interest in property and team success
A great energy – someone who enjoys being the calm, capable support behind the scenes
