About the Role
Reliance Real Estate is seeking a results-driven Management Consultant to join our dynamic and high-performing team in Tarneit. This role plays a critical part in driving strategic initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing business performance across our growing franchise network.
Working closely with senior leadership, area managers, franchise partners, and corporate clients, you’ll be responsible for analysing business structures, identifying areas for improvement, and delivering strategic recommendations that support long-term growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior executive leadership, franchise managers, and corporate clients to align operational strategies with business goals.
Evaluate issues raised by franchisees and provide clear, actionable recommendations to executive management.
Manage project risks proactively and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruption.
Conduct in-depth data analysis and produce independent reports to support informed decision-making.
Establish and refine processes for data collection from franchises, outlets, and clients.
Support the enhancement of Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRMS) through strategic process development.
Lead periodic operational reviews and provide insights into areas of inefficiency or improvement.
Work with internal teams to analyse current systems, observe workflows, and recommend structural changes.
Conduct work studies to evaluate and optimise methods, procedures, and job roles.
Prepare detailed proposals for organisational improvement and support implementation through updated documentation and training materials.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
A bachelor's degree or higher in business, management, or a related field.
Minimum one year of relevant experience in management consulting or business strategy preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
Experience working with data and reporting tools to inform business decisions.
Knowledge of CRM systems and process improvement methodologies is an advantage.
