About the Role

Coordinate and conduct property leasing inspections

Respond to and manage rental enquiries professionally and promptly

Carry out periodic routine inspections and report maintenance needs

Prepare and complete detailed ingoing condition reports for new tenancies

Perform thorough vacating inspections and identify discrepancies

Support Property Managers in processing applications and tenancy paperwork

Undergo structured training and development with the view to transition into a Property Manager role

About You

Agents Representative Certificate (essential)

Excellent time management and organisational ability

Strong communication – both written and verbal

Quick learner with a proactive mindset and high attention to detail

Prior experience with PropertyMe, Inspection Express or Inspect Real Estate is preferred (not essential)

A reliable and economical vehicle is required
