What’s the role about?

As our Dental Receptionist, you’ll:

Greet patients warmly and make them feel cared for

Manage bookings, calls, and emails with ease

Coordinate with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly

Stay calm and upbeat—even when it gets busy

Take pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience

You’ll play a key part in creating a 5-star experience, from the first phone call to the follow-up email—and we’ll back you every step of the way.
