🔧 About the Role

You'll work alongside a skilled Dental Prosthetist in a fully equipped lab handling a wide variety of denture cases. You’ll manage cases from setup to finish using both conventional and digital processes. Your expertise in 3Shape design and your passion for innovation will help lead our lab into the future of digital prosthetics.

🦷 Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with clinicians to ensure fit, function, and aesthetics

Full and partial denture fabrication from setup to final finish

Repairs, relines, processing, polishing

Chrome (Co-Cr) and acrylic denture work

Special trays, wax rims, splints

Model pouring, trimming, and articulation

Implant-supported and Valplast prosthetics

Maintain lab hygiene, sterilisation standards, and regulatory compliance

💻 Digital Denture Design (3Shape)

We are looking for a technician who is proficient in 3Shape, especially in the design of removable prosthetics, including full dentures and partial dentures. The ideal candidate will not only be skilled in digital design but also understand the clinical objectives behind each case and how digital workflows can enhance fit, function, and aesthetics.

In this role, you'll take ownership of digital cases from scan through to production, working with a supportive team in a modern lab environment. You’ll help shape the lab’s future by integrating new technologies and refining digital workflows.

Highly desirable skills:

Familiarity with SEMCD (Suction Effective Mandibular Complete Denture) techniques

Experience or strong interest in digital SEMCD workflows

Understanding of lower denture suction principles and how they translate into digital workflows

Training and support are available if you have a foundational knowledge and the drive to learn.

5+ years of hands-on lab experience with removable prosthetics

2+ years working with 3Shape in a professional setting

Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Dental Technology (or equivalent)

Excellent attention to detail, aesthetics, and finish quality

Great time management and ability to meet deadlines

Able to work independently and within a collaborative team

Motivated, reliable, and open to ongoing development
