We’re looking for an experienced Digital Designer to join the Horsey People team and play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our growing equine marketplace and giveaway brand.

This role isn’t just about execution — it’s about contribution. We’re looking for a self-starter who brings initiative, not just responses. You won’t be micromanaged or handed overly prescriptive briefs — instead, we want someone confident in making creative decisions, building on our bold brand persona (established by our CEO), and injecting fresh thinking into every campaign. What You’ll Be Doing:

Design and deliver creative assets for web, paid advertising, EDMs, and social media

Create compelling organic content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms

Edit and repurpose video content for multi-platform use (paid + organic)

Develop page mock-ups and UX concepts aligned with brand and conversion goals

Maintain a consistent visual identity and elevate our creative output

Bring proactive ideas to the table — not just follow briefs, but help shape them

Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and leadership teams on integrated campaigns

(Bonus) Capture and edit original photography for product and lifestyle shoots

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years’ experience in digital design, ideally in e-commerce or fast-growth environments

Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma (or equivalent)

Experience creating and editing content for Meta and Google platforms

Strong understanding of brand identity, storytelling, and conversion design

A keen eye for detail, layout, and visual hierarchy

Ability to edit short-form video and tailor it for different platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube, Meta ads, etc.)

Excellent communication and project management skills

(Bonus) Confidence behind the camera for occasional photography content
