We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Executive/Clincal Manager to lead our team, drive strategic growth, and oversee the daily operations of our practice.

The Opportunity:

As the Managing Executive/Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Mandurah Physiotherapy. Working closely with clinical and administrative teams, you will ensure a high standard of service delivery, foster a positive workplace culture, and identify opportunities for growth and innovation. The role offers a unique balance of treatment and management time.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage day-to-day operations across the clinic

Develop and implement strategic plans to support business growth

Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation

Maintain and improve quality standards in patient care and customer service

Build strong relationships with staff, clients, and community stakeholders

Recruit, train, and mentor staff across all levels

Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant health regulations and policies

Identify and implement efficiency improvements and new service opportunities

About You:

Proven leadership and management experience, ideally in a healthcare or allied health setting

Strong financial and business acumen

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset

Ability to inspire and motivate teams

Knowledge of the physiotherapy industry and strong clinical skills
