As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Clinical Operations Manager to drive service delivery, support team performance, and help scale our impact across communities.
The Opportunity
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple therapy streams, ensuring high-quality service delivery, therapist support, and compliance with NDIS standards. You will work closely with the Director, clinical leads, and admin teams to streamline systems, enhance workflows, and support a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support operational functions across psychology, OT, PBS, speech, and physio teams
Manage therapist onboarding, performance tracking, and compliance processes
Oversee scheduling, caseload management, and service delivery efficiency
Drive continuous improvement of systems, policies, and internal processes
Liaise with support coordinators, plan managers, and external stakeholders
Assisting with recruitment, growth and talent acquisition
Assist with business development and growth
Ensure adherence to NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements
Contribute to team culture, training coordination, and day-to-day problem solving
Take a lead role in scaling operations and expanding our services nationally as we grow across the allied health and NDIS sector with clinics and skill hubs opening in the future
Exciting opportunity to help with new projects related to growth, expansion and centres
Assist with development of clinical training program
About You
Proven experience in operations, practice management and NDIS service delivery
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
Behaviour Support/Psychology experience desirable
Deep understanding of the NDIS framework, including service agreements, compliance, and reporting
Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with allied health professionals or clinical teams
Highly organised, with strong tech and system skills (Salesforce, Xero, Microsoft 365, etc.)
Located anywhere in Australia as it's a remote role
