Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality meals for our members and guests.

Ensure all kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure food is delivered on time.

Assist with menu planning, food inventory, and ordering.

Adapt to the changing needs of a busy venue with varying service levels.

Follow food safety guidelines and best practices.

About You:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef in a similar venue (pub, club, or restaurant).

Applicants with Certificates in Commercial Cookery will be prioritised.

Passion for creating quality food and excellent presentation.

Strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Ability to work well in a team and foster a positive working environment.

Flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of a busy venue.

A commitment to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.
