About the Role
As the Manager, Crisis and Business Continuity, you’ll drive the development, delivery, and ongoing refinement of our crisis preparedness and response frameworks. You’ll be at the helm of a vital function — ensuring that our people, systems, and students are protected and supported in the face of emergencies ranging from natural disasters and health crises to cyber incidents and operational disruptions.
In moments of crisis, your steady leadership, expert coordination, and clear communication will help guide the College through response and recovery — keeping learning on track and confidence high.
Who We’re Looking For
You’re a seasoned professional with a proven track record in designing and executing crisis management and business continuity strategies in large, complex organisations. You bring a deep understanding of risk management, business impact assessments, emergency response planning, and industry standards — and you thrive under pressure.
Strong organisational skills, the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and sound judgement in high-stakes environments are all second nature to you. Most of all, you believe in the power of preparation and resilience to protect people and purpose.
