THE COMPANY

• Prominent Tier 3 Builder with a fantastic project portfolio of high spec builds for diverse government, institutional, aged care and commercial clientele
• Your first project will be interesting and unique $25m D&C educational build

THE DUTIES

• Administer Contracts (Head / Subcontracts)
• Setup & maintain Project Letting Schedule
• Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes and schedules
• Accurate review & evaluation of subcontract Tenders
• Manage progress claim assistance and external variations
• Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
• Administer RFI’s to architects, consultants and clients
• Support the Project Manager in meeting all project requirements

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent
• A track record working within a head contractor in the Australian construction market
• Good knowledge of building codes and buildability (the project is D&C)
• Experience with Jobpac would be ideal, but not essential
