Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for people and purpose? Coolibah Care is on the lookout for an enthusiastic IT & C Coordinator to become a key player in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional care through smart, secure, and effective technology solutions.
As we embrace growth and new challenges in the aged care sector, you’ll lead the charge in keeping our IT and communication systems running smoothly, safely, and compliantly. You’ll work closely with our external Managed Service Provider (MSP) while providing hands-on support across our organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Be the go-to expert for all things IT & Communication at Coolibah.
- Coordinate with our MSP to ensure seamless operations of networks, internet, and phone systems.
- Provide on-site tech support to staff and residents—minimising downtime and maximising service quality.
- Roll out new systems and support our compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Deliver friendly, effective IT training to staff and support them with day-to-day tech needs.
What you need to be successful in this role:
- A Cert IV (or higher) in Information Technology.
- Solid experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments and troubleshooting IT issues.
- Previous experience implementing new systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a passion for customer service.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Current Police Clearance (less than 6 months) and current First Aid Qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
- It is recommended that you will have 2 COVID Vaccinations and an up-to-date Flu vaccination
