About the Role:

We’re hiring a Vacuum Truck & Waste Services Operator to take on a versatile, full-time role covering:
✔️ Septic and grease trap servicing (DER Controlled Waste)
✔️ Local work and travel across the West Kimberley
✔️ Yard-based tasks and general operational support
✔️ Assisting with mechanical workshop duties as needed
✔️ Mostly local work, with one out-of-town job most weeks requiring longer days

This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who wants to stay active, take pride in their work, and be involved across multiple areas of the business. We're looking for someone based locally in Broome who’s ready for a change and keen to make the role their own.

What You’ll Bring:

HR Licence – required (HC desirable)

DER Controlled Waste Licence (preferred or willing to obtain)

Good physical fitness and a strong work ethic

Basic mechanical knowledge and problem-solving ability

Strong attention to detail with paperwork & compliance

Good coordination and communication

Willingness to be an all-rounder and grow with the role
