Key Responsibilities

Assess clients’ visa needs and develop tailored strategies for successful outcomes.

Provide expert immigration advice across a range of visas: Student, Visitor, Partner, GSM, TSS, ENS, and AAT review matters.

Liaise professionally with the Department of Home Affairs (DoHA), skills assessing bodies, and other relevant authorities.

Stay informed about changes in Australian migration laws, policies, and regulations.

Ensure accurate record-keeping in our CRM and maintain compliance with all documentation requirements.

Contribute to business growth through referrals, networking, and community engagement.

Represent ACM Global in seminars and information sessions for clients.

Ensure strict compliance with the OMARA Code of Conduct and deliver ethical, accurate advice.

Empower clients through clear explanations, action plans, and logical case handling.

Support marketing efforts by sharing client success stories and encouraging testimonials.

Requirements

• Current MARA Registration (essential)

• Graduate Certificate or Diploma in Australian Migration Law

• 6 months to 2+ years experience as a Registered Migration Agent (preferred)

• Solid understanding of migration policies, particularly student-to-PR pathways

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to independently manage multiple complex cases

• Familiarity with LEGENDcom, DoHA portals, and Microsoft Office

• Professional indemnity insurance (required)

• Fluency in English,Nepali and Hindi (essential)
