About the role

As a Migration Lawyer or Senior Migration Agent at PACE SUCCESS PTY LTD (T/A: Pace Migration & Education Consultancy) , you will play a vital role in providing legal expertise and assistance to clients navigating the complex Australian migration system. Based in our Sydney CBD office, this full-time role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the success of our growing migration practice.

What you'll be doing

Advising clients on all aspects of Australian migration law, including visa applications, appeals and compliance

Preparing and lodging visa applications on behalf of clients

Representing clients in migration-related matters before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal

Conducting in-depth client interviews to thoroughly understand their circumstances and migration goals

Researching and staying up-to-date with the latest changes in migration legislation and policies

Drafting clear and compelling submissions and correspondences to government authorities

Collaborating with the broader legal team to provide holistic support to clients

What we're looking for

Admission as a lawyer in Australia or registration as a Migration Agent with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA)

Minimum 3 years' experience in migration law, either in private practice or in-house

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex regulations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts to clients

A genuine interest in and commitment to helping individuals and families achieve their migration goals

A proactive, client-focused approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
