The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Registered Migration Agent to join our supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently registered agent or a graduate who has completed the Capstone Assessment to launch their career in a hands-on and client-facing role. You will work closely with our senior migration agents, gaining invaluable mentorship and experience across a wide range of visa subclasses.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial client consultations to assess migration pathways and eligibility.

Check and lodge visa applications, including for visitor, skilled, family, and student visas.

Draft submissions, letters, and other correspondence to the Department of Home Affairs and other relevant bodies.

Assist senior Migration Agent in legal research.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and records in our case management system.

Assist senior agent with complex cases and merits review applications.

Provide exceptional client service, keeping clients informed of the progress of their applications.

Qualifications and Experience

Currently registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA).

MARN should not be older than 4 years.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

A high level of professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to ethical practice as per the OMARA Code of Conduct.

Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with migration-specific software (e.g., LEAP Migration Manager) is desirable but not essential. Training will be provided

What We Offer

A competitive salary package in the range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum with uncapped commission and/or bonus, commensurate with experience.

Payment of your annual OMARA registration and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) costs.
