The Role

Managing a portfolio of clients and acting as a trusted advisor

Managing a team of accountants - delegating and reviewing work and managing workflow

Monitoring Job budgets

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants to achieve their professional goals

Preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns for all types of entities

Advisory and tax planning work

Working closely with diverse clients and providing full compliance and value-added services.

Be a key member of the management team.

To apply:

Have 5 plus years of experience in public accounting within Australia, with a focus on business services

CA /CPA qualified

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulatory requirements

Experience working with cloud-based software (practice uses XERO XPM)

Enjoy training and mentoring staff.

Have work rights, Australian Citizenship, or Permanent Residency status in Australia.
