Role

The relevant role is a Site Manager position delivering a $10M Medical Centre project which involves a 2-level basement and 3-levels of health tenancy spaces.

You will be supported by a Project Manager and a Contract Administrator.

Typical responsibilies will include:

• Managing relevant subcontractors
• Ensuring the project is delivered on time and as per scope
• Quality assurance
• Enforcing all OH&S measures and procedures
• Identifying and resolving any disputes on sit

Requirements

• Site Manager experience delivering Multi-Level Commercial projects
• Experience dealing with structure, pre-cast, shotcrete tower cranes and elevators
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient with Jobpac and Buildpass - not essential
