What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting infrastructure and modern workplace projects
  (M365, Azure, server upgrades, virtualisation, migrations)
• Providing Level 3 support across core systems
  (AD, DNS, DHCP, networking, backups, DR, Windows Server)
• Acting as the final technical escalation point for L1/L2 engineers
• Proactively identifying and resolving issues before they become outages
• Working directly with clients to design and implement practical solutions
• Maintaining documentation and sharing knowledge across the team
