About the role

We are seeking a passionate Marketing/Events Coordinator to join our client based in Dandenong South. This position provides the opportunity to be involved in a variety of marketing and event-related activities to support the growth and success of their business.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and events

Contributing to the development and implementation of social media strategies

Providing support in the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers and newsletters

Coordinating logistics for their Sales team and clients to attend events events such as ,Trade Shows, Conferences,V8 Supercars events, AFL games

Collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless integration of marketing and events

What we're looking for

1-2 years of experience in a marketing or events coordinator role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Proficient in using marketing tools and software, such as social media platforms, email marketing, and event management platforms

A creative mindset and the ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing and event initiatives

Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude
