ROLE EXPECTATIONS
This is a pivotal role with real impact — you'll help shape the company’s growth and success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to grow business across Brisbane
• Identifying opportunities in commercial developments, residential builds, and renovation projects
• Actively pursuing new business leads and building a strong client base
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with builders, architects, developers, and contractors
• Representing the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions
• Understanding client needs and providing tailored tiling solutions
• Offering expert advice on tiling products, design trends, and installation techniques
• Overseeing projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and client satisfaction

CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS
We’re looking for someone with strong sales experience — ideally within the construction, tiling, or building materials sector. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Proven experience in a senior sales or business development position
• A solid track record of winning new business and closing deals
• Strong knowledge of tiling products, installation techniques, and industry trends
• A self-motivated, proactive mindset and ability to work both independently and in a team
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong negotiation abilities and experience managing complex sales cycles
• Existing industry contacts (especially with builders, architects, and developers) is a big plus
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Technical understanding of tiling or a willingness to learn and stay up to date
