The Job…..

Working with this organisation on a temporary basis and reporting through to the Collections Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Managing inbound and outbound early arrears and customer service queries.
• Collection of overdue asset finance accounts which are up to 30 days in arrears.
• Supporting clients through the recovery process and working with them in a collaborative manner to work out the best outcome for both the organisation and the customer.
• Communicating with internal and external parties where needed to solve customer queries.
• Helping customers understand their financial commitments to prevent future arrears.
• Working to KPI’s & targets.

You….

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:

• Approximately 12 months experience in high volume customer service & collections.
• Experience working in financial services is advantageous.
• Ability to build relationships with a customer centric approach to collections.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced and professional environment.
