About the Role:

You’ll take ownership of the strata operation for the business which has a broad portfolio of residential and commercial strata plans, including larger developments of up to 40 lots. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of strata management—from AGMs and compliance to trust account management and financial reporting. This is an end-to-end role ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, autonomous setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage residential and commercial strata schemes across Perth
• Coordinate and attend AGMs, including some after-hours meetings
• Liaise with owners, committees, service providers, and contractors
• Prepare notices, minutes, and maintain compliance records
• Administer and reconcile trust accounts; manage budgets and levies
• Generate financial reports and liaise with auditors and accountants
• Ensure compliance with current and future strata legislation
• Use StrataMaster software for portfolio and account management

About You:

• Experienced strata professional who can manage a portfolio independently
• Proficient in StrataMaster and trust account management
• Strong understanding of current strata legislation (and future 2026 changes)
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and managing competing priorities
