The Role

The Data Analyst would be responsible for providing the Colossalbet team with data-driven insights that guide marketing optimization and investment decisions. You will be accountable for providing insights and recommendations that include digital and customer and campaign analytics, reporting, and dashboard development.

Work closely with stakeholders across the Colossalbet team. Development and ongoing management of data assets for marketing operations.

Customer Segmentation and Deep Dive analysis, helping the Colossalbet team with audience selection and measuring campaign effectiveness. Customer insights, profiling, and behavioural analysis including A/B testing - Conducting data analysis on large amounts of customers’ wagering data sets, identifying trends, betting patterns, client behaviour, and insights to inform business decisions.

Report automation and dashboard creation for marketing and company KPIs.

Creating reports and sports data visualisations for various Australian Sporting Bodies using Tableau predominantly.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional peers and sectors such as Marketing, Finance, Strategy Management, and Operations to define project requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

Utilizing Salesforce Marketing and Service Cloud on the admin level to manage marketing/offer communications to the customers, planned by the data team.
