An exciting opportunity from a multi-national studio for an experienced BIM Manager to lead and optimise digital design systems on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will focus on advancing BIM processes, enhancing automation, and supporting the delivery of industry-leading design outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the review and optimisation of BIM systems, templates, and workflows in line with industry best practice

Develop and maintain a Revit BIM families

Integrate a Sustainable Materials Database into templates & schedules

Support the automation of critical processes (model amalgamation, bulk file exporting, plan generation, etc...)

Establish and manage BIM standardise processes

Train team members on BIM tools and workflows

Provide ongoing technical support to teams

Skills and Experience

Relevant qualifications and working rights

Revit Expert level essential and advanced knowledge of BIM tools

Proven experience in leading BIM systems within an architectural or design environment

Ability to work well with people at all levels of the organisation

Strategic thinking with the ability to align BIM processes with broader business goals - reporting back to stakeholders

Innovative, proactive and collaborative mindset

Strong verbal and written communication skills
