We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Fundraising Manager to join our team and lead the next phase of growth in major gifts, philanthropic partnerships, and strategic fundraising. Reporting to the CEO and broader leadership team, you will work to unlock new revenue opportunities that drive better outcomes for people living with myeloma.
This is a fulltime role (4 days per week), offering true work-life balance and flexible work-from-home arrangements, based anywhere in Australia.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategy and execution across Major Gifts, Trusts and Foundations, and Corporate Partnerships
Build and manage relationships with high-value donors and philanthropic stakeholders
Identify, research, and secure new funding opportunities and sponsorships
Drive compelling proposals, pitch decks and stewardship activities
Collaborate closely with communications, clinical and advocacy teams to align funding opportunities with organisational priorities
Develop a bequest and legacy giving framework (medium-term)
About You
You are a strategic and values-aligned fundraising leader who can:
Build trust and rapport with donors, philanthropists, and stakeholders
Demonstrate a strong track record of securing six-figure gifts or grants
Write compelling cases for support and proposals with ease
Operate with confidence in a senior, cross-functional team
Work autonomously in a fast-paced and growing environment
Ideally bring a network of philanthropic or corporate relationships
