About the role

We are seeking a Sales consultant with knowledge & experience in the 4wd industry to join our Dandenong South team.

Your duties as a Sales Consultant will include but not be limited to:

Handling retail trade sales and customer quotes over the counter

Delivering exceptional customer service via phone and in-person

Effectively and accurately fulfilling customer orders and quotations

Meeting OH&S requirements

About you

Experience in the automotive industry of aftermarket parts and accessories

Experience in a similar customer-facing role

Current Driver’s License and own reliable transport

Accurate numeracy and good communication skills

Proficient at Microsoft Office

High attention to detail

A strong commitment to OH&S policies and procedures

Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
