Job Description:

As a member of our Dandenong based team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all customers receive their parts as quickly and accurately as possible.

Your responsibilities will include:

Parts Interpreting:

Answer sales enquiries

Utilize your expanding knowledge of automotive brands and vehicles to assist customers in identifying and ordering the right parts.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and processing orders accurately.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and part specifications to assist customers effectively.

General Duties:

Receive incoming parts shipments.

Prepare orders for shipment, including picking, packing, invoicing, and labeling items.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
