What You'll Do:
As our Assistant Venue Manager, you'll be the right hand to our Venue Manager, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our team shines. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
• Support the Team: Assist in leading our awesome crew, keeping everyone motivated and on track.
• Customer Delight: Ensure every guest has a fantastic experience, from the first bite to the last sip.
• Operational Excellence: Help oversee daily operations, from the kitchen to the front-of-house.
• Financial Know-How: Assist with managing budgets, optimizing costs, and boosting sales.
• Stock Superhero: Help with ordering and inventory, keeping us stocked with the freshest ingredients and coolest drinks.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and regulations.
• Hands-On: Jump in wherever needed, whether it’s during a rush or resolving a guest's concern.
• Communicate & Report: Assist in keeping daily reports accurate, conduct shift briefings and stay in regular touch with the Venue Manager.
What We're Looking For:
• Experience in a management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
• Financial acumen with some experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
• Solid understanding of food safety standards and compliance.
• Great communication skills, both in person and via email.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
