We’re not looking for junior reps. We’re looking for SDRs who know how to find leads, write great cold emails, and book high-quality demos. If that’s you — we want you on our team.

Who are we?

IDU Identification is a fast-growing SaaS company helping bars, nightclubs, casinos, and other compliance-heavy businesses solve identity-related problems. If you've been out to a nightclub or bar in the last 5 years, odds are you've probably had your ID scanned by our tech. With customers in Australia, NZ and the US, we’re expanding fast — and we need you to help build the pipeline.

What you'll be doing:

Booking product demos with qualified prospects across nightlife venues

Researching and sourcing high-potential outbound leads

Writing cold emails and LinkedIn messages that actually get replies — and testing what works

Making cold calls that cut through and get decision-makers on the hook

Qualifying prospects and handing off the right opportunities to our BDMs in AUS and the US

Using tools like HubSpot, and Aircall to manage your pipeline and track results

Working with sales and marketing to test sequences, sharpen messaging, and prioritise outreach

You’ll crush this if:

You’ve already been an SDR or BDR in B2B SaaS and know the game

You like the chase. You're not afraid to call, follow up, and ask direct questions

You’re organised, a clear communicator, and a bit of a sales nerd
