Our client is looking for a reliable and proactive Administration and Project Assistant to join their small, dynamic team. This is a diverse role that combines admin support with work on projects across multiple parts of the business. No two days are the same!
Whether you’re a recent graduate or someone looking to kickstart your career in business, this is a great opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute from day one.
What you’ll do:
Support a wide range of projects—from planning and research to keeping timelines and tasks on track.
Help prepare documents, checklists, presentations, and simple reports to support decision-making.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including inbox management, scheduling, data entry, and formatting.
Communicate with suppliers, partners, or team members to follow up on tasks and maintain momentum.
Jump in wherever needed—whether it’s organising a meeting, updating a spreadsheet, or finding a better way to get something done.
Contribute ideas and bring a fresh perspective to how we work and deliver our projects.
Support business processes across marketing, compliance, HR admin, and client onboarding.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who thrives on variety and wants to grow their skills while working with a team that gets things done.
About you:
You’re organised, detail-oriented, and not afraid to ask questions.
You’re confident with written and verbal communication.
You love a challenge, enjoy solving problems and taking initiative.
You’re comfortable learning new tools, approaches and ways of doing things.
You can work independently on projects, plus you’re a team player who’s happy to roll up your sleeves and pitch in.
You have experience in admin, retail, or customer service.
You’re available 5 days a week.
You might have a Certificate IV, Diploma, or Degree in Business, Commerce, Communications or similar. It’s not essential, but your desire to learn, grow and get things done is.
