Join the friendly team at The Dog Haus Grooming & Day Spa in the vibrant suburb of New Farm, QLD. We are seeking a passionate Dog Groomer and Dog Grooming Assistant/Washer to deliver exceptional grooming services to our canine clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly groom dogs including bathing, brushing, trimming and styling their coats
• Provide attentive and personalised care to each dog, ensuring their comfort and safety
• Assist the Dog Groomer with various tasks such as washing, drying and brushing dogs
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all grooming equipment is properly sanitised
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with dog owners
• Comply with all relevant safety and animal welfare regulations

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in dog grooming, preferably 1-2 years
• Strong animal handling skills and a genuine love for dogs
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with dog owners
• Physically fit and able to handle the physical demands of the role
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in dog grooming or animal care
